"I Won't Rest Until Crown Heights Is Safe"
Following the wave of assaults perpetrated against residents of Crown Heights and guests who came for Tishrei, Assembly Man Dov Hikind visited Crown Heights. During his visit, which was organized by R' Chanina Sperlin of the Vaad Hkohol and R' Eli Slavin, Shmira members brought Hikind to the places where the attacks occurred, and gave him a full report of all of the unfortunate events of the last few months. "I will not rest until Crown Heights will be a safe place, it is completely absurd that someone has to be afraid to leave his house out of fear of being attacked" said Hikind at the end of his visit.

Chanina Sperlin really cares for us & for our safety, thank you so much Chanina & also thank you to all the hard working Shmira members.

We need to have more police out, the crime is crazy & the police don't help us, crown heights shmira is doing a wonderful job helping us & catching shvartzes, but we still need more police patrol, Chanina Sperlin is everyday calling high people in the goverment(sometimes even the mayor) and it helps alot but still we need more patrol, what we really need is Giuliani back.

Chanina, Eli, Dov & the CH Shmira Division you guys are just totally amazing, all of you try so hard in protecting our community, Chanina Sperlin & Eli Slavin thanks a million for supporting Shmira & for pushing the police to do their job & not lazy around, Dov Hikind for speaking to all the leaders of the NYPD & for getting more cops at the 71 precinct & the most important to the over 80 Shmira members for running to all the emergency calls & for sleepless nights of patrolling & for waking up in middle of the night to go for a call & we saw the results in the last year you guys caught & arrested over 60 criminal which are now in jail & everyone if something happens to you right away call Shmira at 718-221-0303

Before glorifying chanina, lets save the praise until ALL crime, not just some is eliminated. We all appreciate his hard work, but it is not enough! The Rebbe, MH"M was never satisfied with half measures. Neither should we!

Chanina Sperlin is doing a great job. Where is the rest of the Vaad Hakahal? Why are they not involved?!
Why do they tske advantage of the fact that Chanina doesn't say anything about them?. Shmira is also doing a great job.they mamash do it with mesiras nefesh. The Rebbe M"HM sais in a sicha that Vaad Hakahal always remember to get up from their seats when it's time for elections. Sorry, but that's the fact.
